Operation Iron Tide is a three-day beginner-friendly Konflikt '47 living narrative campaign inspired by the upcoming Invasion Amerika campaign book. Set in an alternate-history 1947, players take part in a suprise invasion of Hawaii as Japanese & Axis Expeditionary Forces, US & Commonwealth defenders and Soviet Bloc infiltrators battle for control of the islands.

Unlike a traditional tournament, Operation Iron Tide is a flexible, drop-in campaign where players can join missions throughout the weekend as their schedules allow. Each battle represents a different engagement in the Hawaiian campaign, and every result contributes to the evolving story. Victories, defeats, and strategic objectives are tracked on a campaign map, with the outcome of every mission influencing the climactic finale.

Players command forces built from a single Konflikt '47 Platoon or Squad Box, making the event approachable for newcomers while providing an exciting narrative experience for veteran commanders. Additionally, players who already have a Konflikt'47 units can enter by creating a 500pts force using the Assault Platoon Formation.

Throughout the campaign, participants earn Valor Points by completing objectives, performing heroic battlefield actions, and demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship. These points can be exchanged for narrative Wildcards, experimental Rift-tech, battlefield support, and reinforcements that can change the course of future missions.

Whether you fight a single engagement or return for battles across all three days, every action helps determine the fate of Hawaii. Rally your troops, earn your place among the heroes—or conquerors—of the islands, and help write the opening chapter of the Invasion Amerika campaign in Operation Iron Tide.

This event is a technical rehearsal ahead of it's official release offering participants a chance to experience the campaign early while helping us test it's missions, VP system, Wildcards, and living campaign mechanics in a real event enviornment.

Participant feedback is encouraged and a Google Form will be available after each session to allow us to hear from you what worked, what didn't,a nd what can be improved. Your constructive feedback will help shape the final version of Operation Iron Tide for its official release.
