Tournament Rules

1. FORCES

PLAYERS WILL USE A 1,250-REQUISITION POINT FORCE FOR ROUND 1, 1000 PTS FOR ROUND 2, AND 750 PTS FOR ROUND 3. NO MORE THAN 18 ORDER DICE FOR EACH ROUND, RIFLE PLT MUST STAY THE SAME THROUGHOUT ALL THREE ROUNDS OTHER PLTS MAY CHANGE EACH ROUND. THE PLATOONS IN THE FORCE MUST BE SELECTED USING THE ARMY LIST SECTION OF THE MAIN RULE BOOK, OR THE MINOR NATIONS PDFS.

2. GAME TIME

2hr30min 1st Round, 2hr 2nd round, and 1hr30min 3rd round. Once time is called the players must finish the Current ORDER DIE, and then the game ends automatically.

3. ARMY LIST

The players must have a copy of their army list; Army list are due 24 September 2025. All lists MUST be reviewed.

List will be submitted by sending it in PDF format from the Warlord Games Army Builder App or Easy Army Builder App to Jay.casper@warlordgames.com

4. TOURNAMENT POINTS (TP)

Victory is calculated as described in the Scenarios being played and Tournament points are awarded for victories, defeats, and draws as shown below:

Victory/Loss : 30 TPs / 5 TPs

Draw : 15 TPs / 15 TPs

From the second round, players will be paired using a Swiss system (i.e. matching players on the same number of TPs, in descending order).

This tournament will be using XP Network to help track pairings and scores. The tournament will be open to players to sign up and upload their list prior to the start of tournament.

5. WINNING THE TOURNAMENT

The winner is determined at the end of the last round, according to the following criteria:

• The player with the most TP will be the winner.

• In case of same TP at the top, the winner will be the player with the highest Casualty points total.

• Awards to be given: Best General, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, Best Painted, Best Table, and Wooden Spoon Award.

• There will be hidden Secondary objectives and a TO Objective that will be available for extra TPs throughout the tournament. These will be randomly assigned and handed out before every round.

6. ADDITIONAL INFO

• Players are asked to bring one table of terrain, not required but appreciated. Please inform TO if you can provide one.

• Missions will be given out before every round, 2 rule book missions, 1 Home grown mission.

• V3 rules as written with latest errata and FAQ, No house rules. Other than no Fog of War
